Strange Block reference message

I just moved my Moodle installation to a new server and now I am getting this error: Block reference: CourseBlock_reference not implemented at the top of the Administration page. I can't find any mention of it in the support forums. Did I miss something?

Hi Ted,

Did you also upgrade Moodle to a newer version, or just move the files? What version(s) are we talking about?

Possibly there is something wrong with the move process and the "reference" block (the files were not copied correctly, or at all?). Try to see if there's anything out of the order there.

I download all of the files (v1.4.3) from the old server and used phpMyAdmin to export the database to a file. I then uploaded the files to the new server, used phpMyAdmin to populate the new MySQL db, and then edited the config file. Nothing seems to be out of order as far as I can tell. Should I have performed a fresh install instead?

I figured it out. I was using the CVS contrib block "References." Removing it solved the problem.
