I want to send an email to all users of a course. I use a forum with all users subscribed automatically. But I get no email. Perhaps an administration problem?

Where? I didn't find that file. I only found a directory lib/phpmailer.

Thanks, you were right. When I opened the script, it sended all emails. But how can I set up a cron job with windows? Ursula

If you have a Unix machine around, set cron up on there to call the url on the Windows machine.
Otherwise (and I know this is hard for programmers
