I'd be grateful if I could get some direction on the bulk upload with the 'Error occur during loading CSV file!'

Hi Mary,
I recently changed the fields in the user fields from mandatory to optional. I did this by commenting out the values of addrulefor firstname, lastname, city and country - only left username, password and email address as mandatory. Although I did not have a problem adding new users to the account, when trying bulk upload users I came across error messages for each user account. It showed "Error" under firstname and lastname. So I am not sure where else do I need comment out the addrule . I realise your a teacher but I was wondering if som one had already brought this issue up before and if a solution was brought up. If it hasn't then I am hoping that some one from the community replies back to this post.....
