Hello everybody . Someone know if there is option to block user from all moodle? Not delite or block from some course. I mean block user from enter to all moodle with no option to enter with user name and password. I know that there is option to block ip but it's not good for me . I want to cancel the option from user to enter with user name and password. Like in the joomla admin that you can mark X on user and the user can't to enter to his account. Thank you all

Hello -Yes - Click on their profile as admin to edit it and choose "show advanced" and then in "choose an authentication method" choose "no login".

Hi Mary,

Do you know if there's a way of doing this by batch? Is there a 'shortname' for 'Choose an authentication method' that could be used in a CSV upload so I could switch a number of users to 'No login'?

I'm looking for this same thing.  Did you ever find a way to change a bulk of users to "no login" at the same time?

¿Did you ever learn how to change the field "Choose auth method" for several users?

Im looking for a way to upload a file that changes several users from "No login" to "Manual accounts" and viceversa.
