Hi all
I have a small problem
When i change the language from English to Slovak on my moodle site, "Add new topic" in questions and answers forum disappears.
To be more precise, it disappears when I access the forum as a student. (Works for the admin.)
I am using moodle 1.9.10 (built: 20101025)

Hi Tomas! It looks like students do not have permission to add new topics in this forum. But if you login as a student, then change language from English to Slovak and that button disappears, then I do not have a clue
I have a similar issue in that, student does not have add topic button.
If I go into Course Permissions, under Forums there is a Start New Discussion and it is marked as 'yes' but still no Add Topic button for student

What forum type are you using? Are you using groups in your course?
