No HTML Edtior for Questions 2, 3, 4, etc. in essay type quiz questions

Hi,

I have an odd issue that I've been unable to find information about concerning the HTML Editor in essay style questions within a quiz. The HTML Editor only appears for the first question. Does anyone know how I can get the HTML Editor to show for all questions?

Thank you in advance for any help to resolve my issue.

Use one question per page in the quiz, or upgrade to Moodle 2.1.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the reply and instruction. We are on Moodle 1.9, when we set the questions to 1 per page it does not display correctly. Meaning we continue to see all questions on the page. Any suggestions?

Also, we are upgrading to M203 in September.
