The Email settings option seems to be missing from my admin area. How do i get it ?

When I try to go via Plugins > Plugin Overview > Messaging processors > Email > Settings, I am getting a section error.

I'm seeing the same thing.
Clicking on Plugins->Plugins overview and then clicking the Settings link for Email under the Messaging processors section give an error "Section error!" with a link that points to:
If I click on Plugins->Message Outputs->Manage Message Outputs and click on the Email settings link, it comes up.

Got it, unfortunately ssl patch is still required to use gmail as mail sending.
