Hello,
we run a moodle 1.9.10
All the forums including the front page forum dont send emails when subscription is forced on all users but they do send the email when the settings is "Allow everyone to choose"...All other email functionality site wide works.Does anybody please have any idea why this is so?
when i post and run the cron it hangs here

Any ideas??
