Hi Lisa,
Course Totals are being red, because your students failed

You have set the course to a scale: Pass, Fail. So you have only 2 items there, with minimum grade of 1, and maximum grade of 2.
You then set the passing grade to 12. So everyone will fail, since they can get only 2

What you can do, is to type 1.5 in the Grade to Pass for Course Total. Then it will work

I guess it's up to you whether to set Grade to Pass in both places or not. This is for the instructor view only anyway, since User report will not show any colors to the students.
