If I have a URL page and try to hyperlink some words ( eg) no link is formed When I click on the linked words I receive "no file can be found" I need help as all the courses from 1.9 are done in this manner

Need to add it is on a windows server. When I click "select this file button" nothing happens and for a new link no insert occurs and for an update on a established link it remains the same
