We rely on making template courses with all necessary activities and then backup/restore to create a large number of courses.
However, the Game Module for 2.0 is not recognized by backup.
In the second step of the backup process (Schema settings), all course activities except games are displayed.
Completing the backup process results in all course activities except games being backed up.
[I created two issues in the tracker for this (one for backup and one for the game module). I apologize for the double entry but I was not sure where the responsibility for fixing this bug lay.]
Backup now works with module Game.
