I am using 2.0.1 and private Talk does not seem to be working? Anyone else experiencing this?

i want one to one user chat facility , can anyone help me out from this .
For Ex = in a course there are some students and i made a chat activity and i want all user cannot chat with their selves and just student and teacher can interact with them .
