Not sure if it must be mentioned, but make sure your installation restrictions allow that size of file. By default this is set much lower than 20MB. Though you could make that number any size you wished, it would be impractical and create more issues for yourself if you are lifting file size limits on user uploads. This is especially troublesome when your users are not very technical.
Having limits can be a good thing.
