Moodle in English: Coding Error on Moodle 2.0 Grading - Any help or ideas from anyone?

Trying to add additional questions to a Quiz in process and this error is coming up. Does anyone know how to convert the below?

Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: contextmoveq.php was not converted to new file api yet, sorry - see MDL-16094

Are you using the acutal Moodle 2.0 release version, or one of the release candidates. I think that problem was fixed before the release.

I think this is a release candidate that was available before the most current version was put in place.

Then you really should upgrade to the latest version.
