I need to fix one letter in the scale that is already in use.
is there a way to do it

If a scale is already in use you cannot change it, unless you find all instances of that scale used in Moodle and change or delete the assignments first.
You can change the scale directly in the database table mdl_scale. If you're just changing an scale member's name to a different name this won't likely cause any problems. If you're adding values, the values already assigned to graded work will skew.
i tried to change in the table but its in HEBREW
