To not grade, but to see a Lesson was completed

Hi, I am using Moodle to create a tutorial for a database at my work.  I am using the lesson format of information and then questions.  I was wondering if there is any way to have the questions not be graded, but instead to just see if the individual has completed the assignment?

Hi Priya,
Are you using the Lesson activity? In Lesson settings there is  setting to make it "Practice lesson" , so it wwould  not show up in the gradebook. You still will be able to see students answers in the Lesson report.
