I recently installed Moodle via cpanel and created a course with a quiz. When trying to add a question, I get redirected to a 404 page not found.
I have Wordpress installed in the root directory, and Moodle installed in a folder call online-assessments. Are there any known bugs that could be causing this issue?

if the PHP file exists in your file system and config.php::$CFG->wwwroot ends with the supposed Moodle folder, HTTP 404 in Moodle means missing of a required parameter. In order to go further with searching for the root of the issue you can try to change your browser configuration, see e.g. here.
