In Front PageSettings I have set the Default Front Page Role to "Guest" but neither site news or the site description block show up to non-logged in users.
Only the Topics section and the Course listings show up (or whatever I set in FrontPage variable.
I tried setting a permission override for these to allow guest role to view, but that did not help.
Any suggestions?
