I am very new to moodle development and php. In the 'ADD A QUIZ' section, in the dropdowns for adding OPEN THE QUIZ and CLOSE THE QUIZ details the dropdown for YEAR display '2010' as the last option. I want to add more years to the dropdowns in whole application. How can I do that? I will really appreciate the quick response.

Moodle version is 1.3.3(2004052503)
I got some replies that it can be because of the old version of Moodle, that might be the problem. Please let me know if that is not the case.
