If a student resubmits an assignment, how can I know this? Is there some way to know it has been submitted 2, 3, or more times??
When students resubmit, I don't always know unless they tell me.

Not a very efficient way to do it, but you can have a look at the assignment log, filter them by participant name and look for "assignment upload" entries - see the attached screenshot.

Is there a way to change it, for example, a possibility to sent it in 2 or 3 times, each with the possibility to give feedback
I have seen a shelf module, to sent in more files, if this can be murged with the assignment module.
An othe question, is it possible for a teacher, to have an overview, of all new sent in assignment and journal entries, so it is much easier for him, to find, what is new and give feedbnack on it

I think someone's (or will soon be) working on a new version of the assignment module, but I don't know what changes are planned.
As for your other question, have you used the full activity report?
