Hi, I've searched the forums but haven't found an answer yet.
My Moodle installation is in a subdirectory. I recently moved a WordpressMU installation to the root of the same domain
mysite.org -- Wordpress
mysite.org/courses -- Moodle
Now, when I choose "link to file or website" when trying to add files instead of the pop-up box giving me the page to add the link or file, I get redirected to the root homepage (the Wordpress installation).
The javascript or resources page is getting lost?
Everything has been working fine and was working with the two installations in two separate sub-directories.
Anyone else running Moodle with another LMS/CMS at the root?
I am in a bit of a panic, as the faculty are all trying to get their content up this week.
LInk to File or Website pop-up redirects to root directory.

Excluded the Moodle sub-directory in htaccess and all is well.
