I am having an issue with not being able to login to Moodle with any password. In IIS Manager, I try to browse some of the folders via a web browser, and get an HTTP Error 403.0 - Forbidden page. In particular, I notice on this page that the Logon Method and Logon Use shows that it is not yet determined. Does anyone know what may be causing this. This happens particularly when I try to btowse the moodledata folder in IIS Manager. I am a newbie to Moodle so forgive me for not knowing something that I should.
Our setup is Server 2008R2, IIS 7.5, and Moodle was installed using the Microsoft Web Platform 2.0, and MySQL 5.1 for the database.
I have a file attached that shows the error. I had to copy this error to notepad because I was not able to use a screenshot because of the size file it creates that exceeds what you can post.
