I have created my 'Main Glossary' and added my first entry. In the 'Recent Activity' block it shows that I added the glossary as well as the first entry. If I click on the entry there, it takes me right to the entry as I typed it in. But if I click on the Glossary link in my main course page or from my Activities block, or any other link to the glossasry it takes me into the Main Glossary and tells me that there are no entries in it.
If I print my glossary it also shows up as having no entries. Yet if I review my activity log it shows that the entries were made and I can click on the links there to get to them. Where might my glossary entries be going and how can I get them to appear in my main glossary?
Is your Glossary located in your Moodle site's front page (i.e. you created it there as Admin) or in one course of your Moodle site?
I'm finding it difficult to understand what happens exactly. If your moodle site is available online can you give us some temporary student or guest access? Or can you attach some screenshots?

What happens if in the New glossary entries: window above you click on one of the glossary hyperlinked words (sample, second sample, Mary jane)?
