You can link to the .swf without calling the multimedia filter by placing ?forcedownload=1 at the end of the link. You can adjust the size by adding ?d=wwwxhhh. For example <a href="http://mymoodlesite.org/file.swf?d=999x600">. Please note this re-size method is limited to three digits for both height and width.
