Multiple files be uploaded in one assignment

Sometimes, it is possible that one assignment needs several different files be uploaded at the same time. Can the assignment module support such cases?If does, it's great.

I use zipped files when I need more than one uploaded at a time. Philip

Thank you, it does work with a zipped file. But it is inconvienent to read them.I'm sure there should be some better way.

Hi Chen!

There is no way to upload multiple assignment submissions at one time that I am aware of, however, one can achieve multiple submissions for storage purposes by using the updated version of a module addon called "Shelf"

It would be nice to have this functionality added to the activities and resource modules for student submissions. With so much going on in Moodle right now it is probably way down in a long list of requests. You can however make your opinion known about it by posting a request in the bug tracker located at,

Hi, ZIP is not only a very usefull thing, its sometime the only possibilty to cross a firewall without problems,

where are the problems in doubleclick and open it like a folder, there may problems if you have linked files inside ... than this raises problems ...
