However, you can stop worrying. That plot 'error' is not really an error, just a warning. Some values in that graph are indeed being cropped, so the warning is right! It is safe to ignore it. It is a pity this gets reported as an error when it isn't. Chris Sangwin once explained to me why there was no way that could be fixed, but I forget the details.
