i'm currently translating moodle into bulgarian but a small problem appeared. i followed the steps martin told me but when i save the changed files with the translated text it all apeares encoded with ASCII codes symbol by symbol. this problem appeared after as well - when i create a new course - i wrote the settings and all other details and saved them. when i returned to the settings they are ASCII coded. can i change this back to normal letters?
