Please how can I change the header and footer in moodle ?
Depends on which theme you are using for your Moodle install.
Head to:
Moodle install directory/theme/"folder for the theme you are using"
(i.e /theme/standard/)
in that folder will be the header and footer html files.
Those are the ones to edit.
