What purpose do the "$@"'s actually serve here? I've confirmed that this fix works, just not sure why the backups are not being encoded as such. Is there a server setting that is causing this to (not) occur? I update/use the latest weekly build, and the encoding of image src's (relative) doesn't seem to work unless I manually replace the "file.php/courseid" with $@FILEPHP@$$@SLASH@$ in moodle.xml.
