When I access my new installation of moodle from a workstation I don't have all of the formatting on the page. Is there a setting I am missing.
I am assuming that this is what led to you losing access, you may actually benefit from looking at the Beginning Administration FAQ, there are 4 pages there than may explain a lot of this.
