I'm looking for an enrolment method that automatically creates courses and assign user
roles to these courses.
What am I looking for?
I think I'm looking for a csv enrolment, but since I can't find documentation on this (not on http://docs.moodle.org/en/Enrolment_plugins) I decided to post to this forum. (or is flat-file the same as .csv?)
I have a course template for starters. So what I'm looking for is something like this:
add, coursename, template-course-id, username, userrole, create-in-category-name
Any suggestions to achieve this are welcome. Also links to documentation on .csv auto-create courses and auto-enrolments are very appreciated.

Thanks for this info. This could work, however we use a hosted Moodle and are not in the position to upload/replace existing code.
I was hoping our Moodle could do this without altering the code.
Click on the "Moodle Docs for this page" link on the bottom of your Upload users page.
