I tried to upgrade questionnaire v. 2008060403 to v. 2008060405 moodle 1.9.5.
Somewhere during the upgrade something probably crashed, and I tried to resume the procedure.
I am sure that I have all the new files uploaded in the mod directory.
But, in notifications it returns a blank screen!
Please, any ideas on how to correctly complete the upgrade??
I am trying to avoid removing completely the questionnaire module and reinstall as there are already quite a lot of questions that I would prefer not to write again.

Did you upgrade your Moodle version (from 1.9.x to 1.9.5) ? and then upgrade your Questionnaire module? How exactly did you "upgrade" your Questionnaire module? Do you use CVS?
You should have backed-up your questionnaires before the upgrade.
The blank screen is a sure sign of a problem somewhere. In Admin mode, turn on the debugging and see whether you get PHP error notices in the "blank page".

I just copied the new Questionnaire in the folder mod. It started something like "updating..." and then stoped. After the page reload ... you know the rest.

Actually now I have access to questionnaires. So how can I get a backup ???
And do you think that if I delete the questionnairy module and reinstall it the problem would be solved??
