I would like to know if i can set some questions to be mandatory and other questions to be optional?
Let me explain with a real example, maybe you can help me with a different solution:
I have 15 questions. First 10 questions should be complete by every user to graduate.
For users who want to get best grade, they should take 5 more questions; if not, go to the end of quiz.
How can i do that?

I don't exactly understand what you are after. How were you expecting to grade this quiz? You can't make it out of 150%.
Why can't you just have a 15 question quiz and label questions 11 through 15 as optional in the question text?
