For the past couple of days when trying to add a graded item, I've been receiving the following error:
A required parameter (id) is missing
Similarly, if trying to edit a grade item I receive this error:
nocourseid
I can't for the life of me figure out what could off of a sudden be causing this issue. Nothing as far as I can tell has changed and we've been using this version (1.9.5) since late May. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Jeremy - Unless you did something before I had a chance to look at it, it appears that it was an issue with the database and once that was repaired things are once again working. It was a bizarre little issue. It has been reported that folks experience a bit better stability with MySQL by using InnoDB instead of MyISAM. Peace - Anthony
