Enrolment

I set enrolment method to manual, and students can suscribe the course they want anyway. What I whish to do is assign students to courses manually without a elrolment key avaliable.

I´m using moodle 1.4.1+ ...It happens only to me ? It´s working ok ? It´s a bug ? ...or it's Super Moodle ?
