Is the grade book suppose to give a total points of all assignments in the last block or does the instructor add the possible points by hand and moodle just do the students actual points?

Hi Rodney, for some odd reason the only way for an instructor to see the total possible points in the standard gradebook is to login as a student.
We fixed this in the version of gradebook we're working on (among other things--see my other posts on this forum). It should be ready for testing soon.
