Hi,
I am using moodle 1.9.2.

And I am desperately seraching for how to change the links to the mainpage and the course list.

I had changed config.php and there was the / at the end of the line and though I changed it it appear to be the link the system saved....I am not aware how to change it.

Now the links take me to moodle directory, but index.php is not opening....

Any help?

Thanks,

Nat

I got some help and now put a index.html in the moodle directory with an automatic redirection to index.php, it seems to work, is that a good solution?

Thanks,
Nat

This not really a good solution as there may well be other places that an index.php file needs to open automatically, and when you upgrade Moodle this will break again.

You need to add index.php into your list of default documents on your webserver; preferably above index.html. How you do this will depend on whether you have direct access to your server and what webserver you are running.
