We're trying to pass the username parameter to a portal script for access to another system. The portal script they want us to use is in this format:
https://TheirWebsite.com?TheirParameters&username=USERNAME&FollowedByMoreOfTheirParameters
They tell us that the order of the parameters matter. The problem is, if I do a "link to a file" or website resource... the username parameter gets appended to the END of the URL. Is there anyway to get Moodle to pass the parameter to the center?
