We are getting this message when the flatfile process tries to load our file:
"The text file you are using for file-based enrolments (/clients/adler/uib/enrolments.txt) can not be deleted by the cron process.
This usually means the permissions are wrong on it. Please fix the permissions so that Moodle can delete the file, otherwise it might be processed repeatedly."
Moodlerooms can not seem to figure out what the issue is with this error message we've been going back and forth for over a month and it is still not resolved. Not sure if anyone else has ever experienced this error and what was done to resolve this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
