Hi,
I want to update my facetoface module with the latest from csv, but i want to preserve the data from the tables. So the reinstall of the module from moodle activities section isn't an option for me.
Which is your advice for doing that?
I am thinking about overwriting the files and then run the admin/index.php page. Is this a good approach?

If you haven't changed the database schema (e.g. adding fields to a table or adding new tables) then everything should work fine.
