I have followed the instructions to the letter and the Mentees block appears on the front page with the student name within it. I can see this block when I login as the parent but when I click on the student name I get this message:
The details of this user are not available to you
I have set the permission as instructed in the Moodle Docs so I don't know what to do next, can anyone help?
