Dear Moodlers,
We have successfully setup openLDAP with 36k students and 3.5k staffs. The enrollment is neat too.
After a week of running Moodle using CAS and LDAP, I found out teachers are also assigned as student. Strangely enough some staffs are complaining why are they assigned as student at the same time as teacher.
On the role assignment table, teacher that is assigned as student is using auth cas. Thus the total number of students is now including a number of teachers.
So when they browse the participant list, the professor is also listed in the list of students.
I am wondering what cause or trigger for such to happen?
Is this a bug?
