if in the first time confirmation mail not received, in moodle not way to continue registration. Used login and used email addres is blocked for using. Only one what todo: try using different nik and different mail address. It is not good.
I don't know what timeout for waiting of confirmation is exists, i want to have button "rerequest confirmation mail" in page with message about wrong login becouse waiting of confirmation...
