Moodle 2.0 install error - class standard_renderer_factory not found

If this is not the correct forum then please guide me to correct one. I didn't used installation problems forum as I am not using Moodle from stable branch.

I tried installing Moodle 2.0 from latest build on xampp.
Apache 2.2.11
MySQL 5.1.33
PHP 5.2.9

I am getting following error while installing (install.php).
Fatal error: Class 'standard_renderer_factory' not found in moodle20\lib\deprecatedlib.php on line 1753

I did a new install on Friday, and it worked.

Oh, I see. This is install.php. (I normally just write config.php by hand.) And it has already been reported: MDL-19714. I think I have just fixed this.
