One of our instructors was using chat with javascript in one of her session, and students were being dropped from the chat. I had the configuration using "Keep Alive". I changed this to "Stream" . I spoke with her to see if this corrected the problem with students being "Dropped" (kicked out) from the chat. She said the last session with well with no one being dropped from the session, but now she can't use the javascript version of chat, only the version without frames and javascript. Is this normal if you use stream instead of keep alive?
