We just upgraded our Moodle from 1.9 to the latest 1.9.5. All students and teachers have been unenrolled in all the old courses. How can we restore these users to the courses?

Just wondering what enrolment plugin you're using? Also, has the longtimenosee setting in Administration > Server > Cleanup been changed somehow?
