Hi
I adminsiter a Moodle former (Gender Awareness in Language Education). On the same Moodle installation, some teachers have their own moodle courses for students.
I just got an error that the web host says shows that someone tried to send an email message from within Moodle with the wrong address. I am not sure if this is MY Moodle installation or another on the web host's shared servers. but my question is, how can someone send an email with a mistaken address from INSIDE moodle. I thought Moodle is only for internal communication.
This has got be baffled and a little worried, since the host says they do not offer supoprt extending to applications they host.

NOTE THE SPELLING OF TRADE -->TREDE AND THE FACT THAT IT IS IN JAPAN, AS I AM, LEADING ME TO THINK IT IS AN INNOCENT MISTAKE< EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT I DO NOT SEE A WAY TO SEND FROM INSIDE MOODLE.

I looks like it might be the standard automated email sign up letter and the person signing up miss spelled their email address.
Thank you.
I tried sending email to what I guess to be the right address.
<ftsn_tokyo_fair_trade@yahoo.co.jp>
But it is also wrong.
Oh well. Won't worry aboutit until Ihear from them, if I do.
Thanks
