Hello, I manage a Moodle for an association of school and I have some questions about the way of enrolling student to a course:
Is there a easy way to add user as students to a course without using the enrolment key or/and the manual enrolment ( I speak about hundred of students).
I red about the flat file but a user even if its account exist on Moodle , must have been connected at least on time. And the flat file need the moodle student id and not the sytudent name. That mean ( If I have well understood) that I need tofind the student ID into Moodle to create my flat file. Not sure that its fatser than the manual enrolment.
Any ideas ?

You may wish to consider using the upload users function (see Upload users) or an alternative enrolment method (see Enrolment plugins).

The flat file via upload users in the admin is a pretty easy to 1) create the user or update a user if needed 2) associate at them with one or more courses.
