I'd like to use Moodle for a collabarative question bank, and I'm just wondering if it's possible to show previous edits / changes made to a question.
If this isn't already built in, does anyone know if changes/edits are logged anywhere? That would at least allow me to modify the source code of the edit-question page and display a log of all previous changes.

Related to this is being able to see a log of edits made to a quiz. Can this be seen in Moodle? I have an administrator claiming that changes to a quiz suddenly appeared and she did not make them. Believes there could be a bug in Moodle that is swapping in incorrect questions into an exam.
