Course integration with face to face module

I am using moodle 1.9 and to integrate face - to face sessions for a course I have followed the advice given on http://docs.moodle.org/en/Integrating_Face-to-face_sessions_on_the_course_page

but I am getting this error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare update_category_button() (previously declared in D:\MoodleWindowsInstaller-latest-19\server\moodle\lib\weblib.php:5155) in D:\MoodleWindowsInstaller-latest-19\server\moodle\course\lib.php on line 1956

What am I doing wrong ( I am not a PHP developer) but I did check the braces {} .

Can you attach to this discussion the files you modified, before and after modifications?
